Just over 10 million people in total there.

Around 2.8 million in the Grande Lisboa metro area.

I'll bet the Indigo Girls would love it.

Been to Lisbon and Fatima. Nice country. Catholic. One of the poorer European nations. Good food and wine.

that's why it's so cheap to live there and why RE/renting is so affordable

I was just there and can attest it is maybe the most affordable country in the euro.

I've been to Lisbon. Beautiful city and beautiful women. I would definitely move there.
