Women have trouble knocking out other women in MMA. They just can't throw hard enough to do it. It's a physiological thing like how women and girls cannot throw a ball as far as men and boys -- even when strength, size and training are equal. Even training has been taken out of the equation by measuring among aboriginal people.
So, the people saying Rousey would instantly knock out a a 200lb, relatively fit man, are being foolish. Submit, yes. That could definitely happen -- though I think the chances of someone that outweighs her by 70 lbs has a damn good chance of just muscling out of it Kimo and Royce Gracie in UFC 2comes to mind).
And if that man even lands a glancing blow, there's a real good chance Rhonda doesn't survive it. A flush shot and she's going to the hospital.

Rousey is awesome. She looks GREAT against women.
Were she to enter the ring against any of the top 30 men in the UFC in her weight class, it would end up AT LEAST as one sided as all of her fights with girls.
And, I'm probably being kind. She probably gets taken badly by any of the top 100 MMA male fighters at 135. Against the top ten, she might die.

Yeah, I don't think that Mike was overrated in the punching power. He was a skillful fighter in the 80s, and in no way would I have gotten in the ring with him for less than 8 million in 1986.
That vintage Tyson walking up to you with that peek a boo stance..I'd have lost mentally by then. Physically in the next 15 seconds.

What would really hurt is if he didn't try to knock you out. Just knocked the hell out you in areas with muscles. Shoulders, back, gut. Bruise your liver, kidneys etc.

Multiple training partners of hers have said many times that she throws around men on a regular basis. It's kind of like saying you could out run Jackie Joyner-Kersee because you ran track in highschool.
