Would u press a button that killed every1 w/ cancer/AIDS if it eliminated both?

If someone placed a big red button in front of you and pressing it was guaranteed to kill everyone with both diseases in the world, but at the same time neither would ever exist again, would you do it?
Not all cancer patients would die. Only those who are terminal or have highly unlikely chances of survival. Thank you LSUnurse for the addition to terms.
You also do not have to press the button immediately, but have one week to say goodbyes or make up your mind.
Shitty words in title was so it would all fit.

I've since changed the terms in the OP. Thank you for pointing that out, because you're right, the skin cancer people or those with highly treatable cases should not be involved.
