I'm gonna go with no.
The only time I'd ever go on another cruise would be with a bunch of friends to get hammered, but would probably just rather rent a house somewhere and do the same. Cruises are trashy and disgusting.

If you are an outgoing person, you can have fun. If you are a hermit and enjoy time to yourself, you can have fun. If you want to be social but really aren't outgoing, it might suck...

People fly from all over to take cruises.
For example, I have a friend from Dale Brown land (Minot, ND) that flew down with her husband to take a cruise out of NOLA.
It's not just locals.

Yeah but the trash factor will be much higher on a cruise out of NOLA than say a cruise that leaves out of Hawaii or California or San Juan because many can only afford to drive there instead of flying.
