old and alone, after many years of burying your loved ones, hopes, dreams and potential.
After many years of regret, anguish and self hatred...to where life is a punishment and ANY death seems more preferable.

Just search ISIS on r/watchpeopledie and you will have your answer in any of those videos.

Back in 1810, Aaron Higgenmotham was exploring Cumberland Caverns alone when he dropped his torch while ascending a high ledge. He was almost to the top when the torch fell to the bottom below and he had to finish the ascent in complete darkness. Once he got to the top, he stayed in one place for 3 days until he was rescued by some locals who just happened to see and hear his donkey outside the cavern entrance raising hell because it was hungry as shite.
When he was rescued, the young mans hair had turned white from the 3 days of stress and constant state of panic. He was found curled up in a fetal position. He told people that the complete black and the silence quickly drove him mad. He heard sounds or at least his mind imagined that he did.
Even though he was rescued, I could not imaging the ordeal his mind went through. Afraid to move a foot not knowing if he would fall over a ledge. Not able to descend the 30 foot ledge for lack of sight. Hearing shite. Panic and despair that he was going to die right there on that ledge. Alone underground and deep into a cave for 3 days.

I'll go with being eaten alive by Rats.
The "Ice Man"(Contract/Serial Killer)said,in an interview with a Psychiatrist, that per Customers request for maximum suffering that he left at least 1 man tied up in a cave where the Rats found him and fed.
He said he had video so he could observe, but he didn't like watching it.
Out of 100-200 men that he killed, this was the only scene that made him feel anything.

Spaghettification while being sucked across the Event Horizon into a super massive black hole.

Alone in a nursing home with no friends or family. That would be the worst way to die.
I see this atleast 2-3 times a month. It's extremely sad

Be murdered in the womb by your mother.

Fire sucks, but once the nerves are burned it doesn't hurt(Was set on fire as a child).
I'm going to go with either slow suffocation or any long, slow death where your body gradually shuts down. Being trapped in my own head, unable to help myself would be like drowning for enternity.

had an OSHA case years ago where a man was killed in a hog skinning machine

I remember reading about that. Said the guy basically looked like a big hunk of beef jerky. Bad way to go.
