Scratch inside of ear, wipe your finger off, forget about it, bite your fingernail. You can get a little taste of the residue and it's disgusting. Happened to me a couple times.

Accidental cross contamination...scratch your ear and soon after bite a nail or something.
Hell...I've had all kinds of weird stuff in my mouth (phrasing) without trying. I had my oldest son (who was in diapers at the time) put shite in my mouth when I wasn't paying attention. He used to like to touch my face when he was younger and we were laying in my bed and I was watching TV and not paying attention to him and he out his fingers in my mouth. Turns out they has previously been in a recently dirtied diaper.
He is on notice that I am never to be pout into a nursing home thanks to that little stunt...
