KC's terrible for layovers (very few restaurants, stores) but great as a home airport. Off the plane, bag claim within a few gates away, then turn around, head down the escalator to my car in the garage. It's very efficient at moving people. Also because it's no ones hub, I usually get great prices on tickets.

The new Terminal 2 and the International terminal are pretty solid. The other ones are meh.

I don't understand people saying Houston is bad, Dallas is way worse.

I've flown in there 6 times and missed 3 flights solely due to security. The frickers would not make me put my bag back through the scanner, oh no, they instead open my bag, turn out every item of clothing and wrinkle them, and take their sweet time. Took 15 minutes of him slowly checking the bag, and then asking about 5 minutes worth of questions. Then we have to fold everything back up since it was tightly packed, and then we see the plane backing out from the gate. The security has to be the biggest bunch of dumb fricks in the US and I would under no circumstances fly into the US through Houston. Unless I'm directly flying there, I have no intentions of flying through that airport again. frick Houston.

It wasn't THAT bad.

not a place you'd like to spend anytime because there aren't many food places or whatnot, but it's not a hub, anyway.

LaGuardia. Cool views of the city, but it's a complete piece of shite.

LGA is weird. I've flown out twice and one time our terminal had free iPads/wifi and you could order food/alcohol from any of them and they'd bring it to you in a few minutes. Was probably my favorite airport.

Then I flew out a few months later and the terminal only had a bagal stand and a shitty bar. I left security in order to actually get a meal.

Bush or Hobby? I guess I've been lucky at both but Hobby is usually a quick in and out for me.

Memphis used to be one of the best airports in the States. You were never more than an 8 minute brisk walk from your next flight, and it had numerous international flights. Then Delta came in and raped the airport a new a-hole, so its not even in the debate now. It may as well be the size if Jackson's.

Bush. Obviously not a fan of the people who work there.

I can see it being convenient for locals, but Christ is there a shortage of lightbulbs in this state? I feel like we are all refugees in a post-apocalypse movie waiting for those mutated by radiation to attack.

I last flew through LGA in 2007. I usually fly into EWR (I can take a short ride to my Aunt's place not far from there or if I were staying in the city, I'd take the NJT).

One in Ireland, I forgot the city. One in Scotland was one of the nicest.

Prior to 2002 and 2008, DTW was pretty bad. Delta/NW did theirs in 08, and all the others were placed in the North Terminal in 08.

Thank god, that's changed.

I love the lafayette airport. Park 50 feet from the door, and show up 30 min before your flight. It doesn't get any better than that.
