There's a guy on my Facebook who doesn't do either but he posts about being fit, working out, and eating well non-stop. Its annoying.

My point is it's not just Crossfitters.

The two people that post about Crossfit every single day started out really fat. Two to three years later, they are still really fat. I don't get it. They never miss a WOD. It's weird. I mean, I see other people who do Crossfit and they look really good. But these two? Still fat.

Cyclists put a handmade sign in the middle of Broad St. in New Orleans telling cars to stop at a crossing for them. This isn't at a light or at a stop sign it's in the middle of a block. frick that.

I went through a depression and put on 30+ lbs. I was a miserable frick at 6'2 250. Now at 210 a year in and best shape I've ever been in. That includes being in good shape in high school, playing football and all that other stuff. I hate the cult bullshite, but I enjoy not having monotonous routines. It's different every day and I sweat my arse off. I do really enjoy just going there and rowing as well. The people that do a WOD every day and aren't seeing results aren't dieting.

But, I do hate the cult side and understand why that's picked on. Absolutely annoying . I had to set my facebook to approve posts on my wall to avoid being tagged in fitness posts. Nice people and that's great they are into that, and people wanting to get in shape isn't the worst thing. I do agree that there are tons of people that come in and just have no clue what the hell they are doing lifting and it can be dangerous, but I try to give some tips to them as others have done for me in the past.

I do like that it becomes a new circle of friends. It just looks like a really intense relationship. It looks like a commitment.

Yeah, I mean you aren't going to blow through 1500 calories in a single crossfit workout but you can clear that at Applebee's before the entree comes. People think because the bust it in the gym for 4 hours per week they can eat wtf they want, when they want. Like Ice - T said, "shite aint' like that!"

Runners. They are like a cult. The funny part about runners is that they have a drink fest social after they run. Cyclists are #2. They think they own the roads.

What is it about runners wanting to get drunk after every running event?

Cyclists are road hogs who think they are more entitled to the road than you are. They're all arrogant, ill-mannered and mostly brain dead.

I find it hard to believe that cyclists are trying to establish "mutual ownership" of the road, as you put it. What city are we talking here? They have a right to be there. If they were killed due to something they did illegally, thats a bad deal. If they were killed by "accident" from an inattentive driver then the driver should be prosecuted.

But to carte blanche state that they shouldn't be on the road is what makes people like you appear to be a dumbazz....

Legally cyclists have every right to be on the road. Not on the shoulder, not on the sidewalk, not in the ditch, but in a lane.

From the ignorance I've witnessed in your responses.......It seems like it's time for you to get off break and announce your company's next Blue Light Special.
