That's because it's not in the US. I went to one in Prague and the people are legitimately working it as an actual job. They take it seriously. It's a much more pleasant experience.

I walked by this in November and kind of glanced in out of morbid curiousity sake, and they were doing renovations. I did not eat at McDonald's in Paris, though.

It is like that all over Europe. Went to one in Czech Republic and was blown away. It might also help that they aren't all over the place in Europe.

Thats probably because they get paid 35k for their 35 hour work week with full benefits

Pretty much.

If McDonalds paid employees something as paltry as ~$24,000 for full-time, we'd see a much better group of workers on board.
