From the looks of most of those boards, that big balled motherfricker died about 75 years ago and it's time someone came in and done some maintenance on the old trail.

Not as difficult but I am doing the Kalalau Trail on the Napali Coastline in Kauai in December.

Hmmmm, interesting. I just went to Hawaii this past December myself. The Road to Hana is by car, but not a lot of fun...lots of one way bridges, bad curves and crap on the way up and down the mountain.

That is a crazy drive...I did that with my parents when I was younger and I think I from all the squashed rotten mangos all over the road that would fall from the trees.

The bike trail on Maui that descends the entire way is fun. Not real treacherous though.

Same here and I love to hike/explore but it's suppose to be fun. Not sure I'd call that my idea of a good time.
