It's definitely better in Europe, where they get 6 weeks of vacation and work 6 hour days.

Been working overseas for 2 years now. Pay and benefits are great, the travel and vacations in this part of the world is awesome. But being far away from family and friends can wear on you. All depends on your current situation and what your expat location and benefits will be.
