No problem. I've done a few in that area before I moved (last one before a career change was at the animal hospital back behind academy). Any questions feel free to ask. Just remember to measure twice.

Build a shadowbox fence.
And you know a weathered fence doesn't look bad. If you want to clearcoat wait a year and let it color a bit.
