women entering the work force destroyed wages .whether the good they have done outweighs that is hard to know, but it is a fact that if women weren't in the work force wages would be double what they are now.

I have a buddy who will not talk to female coworkers unless it’s strictly business and will not meet 1 on 1 with them. He said it’s not worth the risk

Sounds like you work with some annoying fricks who happen to have pussies between their legs.

Most of the women I've ever worked with (multiple industries) stay on top of their shite and don't waste the office's time with inane, unrelated bullshite. Have also worked with guys who will not shut up about pointless shite, hang out at my desk and wasted time, and put me behind on projects because of their retardery.

It's because they're annoying fricks, not because they're male.

Had great coworkers and bosses of both sexes. Also had shitty coworkers/bosses of both sexes. The women in my current office are excellent (as are the men--it's just a terrific work environment overall, and I'm thankful for it).

I find that most of the time it's rarely the women themselves that are the problem. It's the addition of sexuality (at all) to the work place. It's HR systems that struggle to hold equal standards of performance. It's desperate men taking it too easy on women when they're new-hires in hopes of a score, so then the women develop an unrealistic view of the workplace....
