I work in engineering/construction so not many women in my workforce.

This is where Male income earning potential has remained ahead of the curve.

The way that men don't usually get into nursing and other female related fields, and thusly, incomes in those professions have been greater than most. Engineering and construction keeps 1/2 of the available worker supply from putting their pretty toes in the ring.

Gender neutral professions like business, all office based professions, haven't kept up with inflation, and men realize after the fact, I could be making more as a blue collar worker.

I'd prefer a warm meal and a hot lady but to each his own.

And I appreciate it, like I said already. What do you want, I should buy you flowers or something?

I have only worked with three women in my 17 years of working. I knew two of them and one just answered the phones. Worked out well

women bring shite tons of senseless drama to the workplace.

Man, you ain't neva lied.

So much catty shite with each other...they don't come to me with it, but I got to listen to 'what this bitch said' as they rabble rabble the same story over and over to each other, and it's all over senseless bullshite.

Most of the women I work with (healthcare) agree that they would much rather work with men for this very reason.
Too much estrogen sucks the pleasure out of work.

ETA: and then there's this daft count next to me that keeps humming and singing to herself and I'm about to grab her head and slam her face into her monitor.

Yeah, bitch I see you're on the OT, I'm talking about you!

At a district meeting I got to look at pictures of the new baby, another had pictures of the new house and a third had a picture of her daughter at a dance recital.

Next meeting I had a picture of a dead possum lying on the side of the road. No oohs or ahhs.

The one woman I work with is really good at what she does, and has a great arse. Happy to have her as a coworker.

In my experience the biggest difference with women vs men is the locus of control. It seems like with women it's 75% of the time external and with men it's 75% internal.

A distinct lack of horses, fences, and time.
