Happened one block of off Esplanade. That area is mostly gentrified and full of AirnBs. LINK

In the 90's you would have never been walking in that area

No shock or surprise here. City is out of control, zero leadership from city hall, nopd etc and the criminals know it.

The plight of the unemployed. Hope you enjoyed your mid-day nap after being caroused back into your home.

Down in the treme. Is me and my baby. We're all going crazy. While jamming and having fun.

Remember the last time you and your wife were walking the dog at 9:45 AM? What's that you say? You go to work?

Wanted to ride bikes this weekend in NOLA. Would just sticking to Magazine and St Charles be ok during the day?

Remember that time you assumed if you don't work a 9-5 job on a weekday that you must be unemployed?

No bike lanes on either street - ton of construction uptown around magazine. esplanade between broad and city park and city park is great bike riding..

I'm not afraid to go anywhere in the city, but there is no way in hell I would ride a bike in the city proper.
