I can understand not wanting to go to the bathroom, but there are other options. Nudity and eating isn't appropriate for every environment. If the baby was about to starve to death I might be more understanding.

My wife did it in public with all of her babies.
If the woman does it discreetly, no one would ever notice. It's kinda like the concealed carry vs. open carry with firearms....
