Woman claims baby daddy victim of police brutality; video shows otherwise

Looks like the Facebook post that went viral has been deleted, but basically the woman said the cops beat up her baby daddy and shoved him off a bridge.
The reality was there were two felony warrants out for his arrest, so he ran from the cops, jumped off a bridge, and landed 19 feet below, really fricking himself up.

We will NOT back down or be quite this abuse NEEDS to stop! My kids dad was with someone when she got pulled over by Rainbow city police and beat half to death by them around 10 pm last night 7/13/2017 they tassed him beat him and pushed him off a bridge! This is so wrong and we won't stop until these power obsessed animals pay for their cruelty! He was taken to a Gadsden hospital and airlifted to UAB his next of kin was NEVER notified and we sat in the waiting room for 4 hours before we could even see him. We still haven't spoke with a doctor to know what all his injures are. All we know is he's about to go into surgery for his leg that's broken. Rainbow city beat him half to death and pushed him off a bridge! The people who are supposed to serve and protect. He's trying to talk but his whole front row of teeth are knocked out, he had to have his tongue sewed back together and his femur bone is broken he has to have surgery on it. He can't sit up or take his neck brace off til they clear him for neck injuries. Please share!

If next of kin was never notified then why were they in the waiting room? Another family meme we having surgery and he just happened to be wheeled in?
I know the story is bullshite but there are numerous red flags in that description.

But on the flip side, people are willing to create bogus stories from the most outlandish, lying stories and it actually takes root. A video that isn't quite as clear as something like this is just going to be used against you, even if it shows the police did nothing wrong. You can't release a video unless it's clear as can be or else it will be twisted against you.

I'm so glad more and more police are starting to wear body cams. A lot of these stories are proven to be bullshite. Just like the video of the teenage girl who resisted arrest after giving the officer shite.

i don't know what's true and what's not and what to believe here. Something is not being said cause the suspect I hate to say it looks like he got beat or roughed up. It could be from the fall over the concrete barrier. But then again I'm not sure what's really happened here and it's hard to know here what really happened
