Except this isn't what happened.
From what I can gather some little 16 or 17 year old slut (16 is age of consent in OK) had some older guy she was slutting it up with. She told him when to come over (when her mom wasn't there)
Dude wasn't doing anything illegal.

Either way you end up in jail. Knees would get you a shorter sentence.

There are some complicated legal presumptions that apply or could apply that afford a homeowner much protection. Not saying you're wrong, just that it's not that simple.
However, technically as you wrote it, you'd be correct, i.e., no allegation of threat, in home legally. She could very easy allege such a threat and be protected by the statute, but if as you state there is no issue regarding any threat to her, she could be in trouble. Jail? Hard to say. But something.
