i don't believe her. smith paid em off.

if nothing happened he wouldn't have been arrested and had to post 1,000 bond

Hayes was accused of standing over Will Smith's body and taunting it after.

He was also accused of intentionally ramming the vehicle.

Means both things happened.

Seriously, I quoted the assistant DA stating it didn't happen. Nado Jenkins83 has better sources.

Tell that to the prosecution. They presented a witness just to show him in a saints uniform and talk about wills character

You got Duece flashing his Super Bowl ring on the stand and Drew Brees sitting in the front row. Juries are only human, this is ridiculous.

How? You don't have to be point blank to shoot a gun.

Ramon Antonio Vargas ?@RVargasAdvocate The detective is basically establishing that Smith was repeatedly shot from close range.

It seems the prosecution is going hard in the pain on the new Orleans saints angle, which doesnt seem like a good idea to me

Was it lodged inside of the door or outside?

Inside I could see a ricochet but outside?

It is a casing, not the actual bullet

It was inside the door
