why wasn't henderson around after the shooting?
Posted on 12/6/16 at 11:33 am to Nado Jenkins83
Because he left the scene. Obviously.

They estimated one week. Maybe 9-10 days.

All of that is completely irrelevant.
it is "LOOK OVER HERE AT THIS" Defense tricks.
There's literally only one thing that matters, and that is whether the self-defense was justified, and there is very specific language in the statutes for that.

I didn't know Will Smith was on trial...wow. He does rob people blind with those terrible movies he makes.

Which, again, is irrelevant.

i don't buy the whole will smith makes swings and misses theory, how the hell does will smith make an honest swing at hayes and miss...
Posted on 12/6/16 at 11:45 am to Chad504boy
Even if he did that, its still not enough to warrant getting shot in back multiple times. It doesn't rise to the level.
Posted on 12/6/16 at 11:45 am to Fun Bunch
Drew Brees sitting FRONT ROW.

You are still denying that Smith ran into the back of Hayes.
Posted on 12/6/16 at 11:48 am to TigerFred
He still says Hayes "rammed" smith. The defense says they have data from hummers computer that says otherwise

Exactly. It's plausible. Did it happen? Won't know until all witnesses take stand.
