Clearly I'm an idiot but I've taking my ribbing in stride, I think. Happens to all of us every now and then.
However, in my defense this is something that I have literally never encountered before. On the flip side, you have people start a thread every few months on here saying "omg you guys did you know there's an arrow on the dashboard by the fuel gauge that points to which side your gas cap is on!?!?" I think those people are more deserving of ridicule since it's right there in front of your face the whole time.
