Why is there still a market for traditional ketchup packets?

Well if you think of places like McDonalds/Burger King that purchase millions of packets save a LOT of money by buying packets vs dip and squeeze, saving $0.05 cents per ketchup packet can save them millions of dollars.

I go to whataburger for their spicey ketchup.

it takes at least 5 packets to access the same amount of ketchup as one dip and squeeze. You don't know efficiency, do you?

But you are dispensing 5 times the ketchup when only one will do in some instances.

There is a reason McDonalds doesn't offer them. If there was a true demand for them McDonalds would adjust their prices accordingly and start offering them. If it's truly that important to you start voicing your opinion with your wallet and only go to whataburger and chick-fil-a.
