It bothers the frick out of me.
I think it's a combination of people not giving a frick and not respecting their surroundings, and a shitty gov't that puts no emphasis on actually bettering the state.
It's a double whammy.
Every other city I go to I'm in awe of how clean they are compared to Nola and other LA cities.

I saw tires and bags of trash all over the interstate this morning.
One right after another for about two miles. Must have done it last night. It wasn't there yesterday.
Who dumps trash on the interstate in the middle of the night? lmao scum bags

From the state capital north on I110 to 61 north Zachary cutoff road is an embarrassment.

It's not the prettiest place and yes there is litter. But I've driven in close to all states and guess what? fricking trash everywhere.
But in that area he is talking about today it is trash blowing from trucks picking up flooded house trash. I have been there even today and most disaster trucks are driving that route. I also saw at noon today a dozen convicts picking up the trash and tractors mowing.

I wasn't referring to the inner city. I was referring to pretty much every exit off I-10 between Houston and Baton Rouge (excluding those in Texas).

Air stinks, you need to visit Houston after a rain

Yeah, with the large prison population Louisiana has there is no reason they aren't out everyday picking up/cleaning a different area.

Everytime I come back it looks worse. Huge pot holes on most roads, road kill all over the side of the road, trash in the grass.
Get off your lazy azz and do something to make it better or shut your fricking mouth, bitch!

Yeah I was going to say even Mississippi is significantly better than LA. Sad.

Eat another booger.
Take a ride on I-20 between Marshall and Dallas. Hell I-10 between Lake Chuck and Houston is nasty.
I-12 across Miss to Pensacola.
