LSU doesn't feed him like that because it would require bringing a wild pig in every day or so and that seems really expensive. Especially with the funding concerns in the university and the state as a whole. It seems like a huge waste of resources and I'm a bit confused as to why you would even ask this question as the answer seems so obvious.
