Pretty much all vehicle alterations are trashy, this has been confirmed on multiple occasions. Jeeps and restorations are obvious exceptions

What the frick does a cane pole have to do with anything. Why do only poor people need/want to fish instead of going to the store. Do you not understand that fishing as a hobby actually provides something. And lowering your truck serves no productive purpose.

I'm always amazed that to a large swath of us, $$$$ customizations look cheap.
Your blacked out lights and rims could cost a months salary, but to me it always looks like something a trashy 17 year old drop out would drive, and therefore, cheaper than stock.

Fishing is fun for me and I can understand people not sharing in that hobby. But you don't see me doing retarded things to my boat that actually adversely affect the performance so much that I have to add additional engineering measures to allow it to simply operate. Why, because that would be fricking stupid.

Majority of manufacturers are offering black housing headlights and black rims from the factory now, FWIW. I know that doesn't change your opinion, but obviously a large enough swath of customers like that look and are willing to pay for it from the factory.

at least jacked up trucks can actually make it through a parking lot. And yes I'm aware the air bag setups can adjust the height, but this is still funny.

Actually that looks pretty good. You should replace those big elephant ear side mirrors though. I always hated those. The side mirrors from the later 1990s models looked so much better.
