Why Do Men Age Better than Women?

Women take care of themselves.
They moisturize.
They exercise.
They wear sunscreen.
Still, men age better despite the hell they put their bodies through.
Just look at the women in Hollywood that were sex symbols in their 20s compared to the their male costars. Men still look the same, women look worn out. I don't get it.
What's the science behind the reason men age like fine wine and women rot like grapes (as the saying goes)?

Both get older, some look better older than others - I don't think one sex ages better than others.

Probably because most men don't put makeup on their faces every day of the week. No telling what they put in that stuff.

I think we have different standards for what looks good for men and what looks good for women. Society values a youthful look for women, but values maturity for men.

I can go with this.
But I also think men have a stronger, bolder facial structure that doesn't sag over the years like the more delicate structure we value is women.
