Why are there zero black pro cyclists? NSFW

Every other sport including endurance running and track and field you see a significant proportion.
Yet we have 185+ cyclists every year for the last 100+ years at the tour de France and maybe 1 or 2 ever.

Bicycles cost money? Same reason we don't have many black golfers, tennis players, swimmers, etc

There is one black dude that's been in the TDF the past few years.
Competitive cycling is an expensive thing to get into, and that probably has a lot to do with it
