Why are there no videos or pictures of the SpaceX civilian crew floating around?

Are they saving the footage for the Netflix series? There has only been St Jude kids asking them questions (audio). I thought they would be blasting pictures of the first actual civilian space flight (galactic and origin are carnival rides) all over the place. Did I miss them?

It's impossible to transmit video from space. That's one of the ways we know the moon landing was faked.

Yeah I’m sure there’s an exclusivity agreement with Netflix for footage. Bright side is all that Netflix money will be likely going to St. Jude’s so I’m cool with it.

No one knows. The entire “space community” has been caught off guard. My best guess would be netflix has all the rights and is limiting what they show. Rumors are starting to grow in the void of information such as them possibly vomiting for the last 24 hours and they don’t want to show it. It certainly takes away from the “inspiration” part of the mission as well as the fund raising.

Even if Netflix had rights for footage, seems that there would at least be a photo or two.

Possible that Netflix and St Jude was a cover and it was actually funded by pornhub? Spitballing here.

More likely a spy mission. Great cover story CIA.

Yes. They been training since March. I was impressed by what I read they did.
They rode in jets, did the centrifuge thingy like Spies like US, and had to work in hypoxia chambers and such. Just like real astronauts go through. Granted they have zero real responsibility other than the commander on board who paid for the trip. He's a pilot.

If it is because it’s a “chartered” flight, I really won’t care about these flights in the future.

I have a very strong connection to St Jude but this crew and the Netflix series have not interested me. I watch every launch because I am a flight nerd and watching a booster land still amazes me. This has been a disconnect for me for some reason.
