Raccoons can frick ya up if they are threatened. My parents had a female coon rip the whirlybird bird of the roof one night and make a home in the attic for her babies. My dad fixed the whirlybird bird not realizing that a coon was in the attic and the next night she tore a 4' section of the eave off. Still trying to figure how she got on the roof in the first place.

Nutrias are gross. Raccoons are a little cute but still assholes.

Raccoons are surprisingly aggressive if you have them cornered. I recommend not cornering them. I've never seen a nutria, but I'd run away like a bitch if I did.
