I work nights. I slept good when I got off and I will sleep just fine when I get off.

I'm awake because my company put my arse on night shifts again and my weekend isn't over until 10 tonight. Counting going to Europe I've alternated being awake nights/days 5 times in the last 7 months or so. My ability to stay up for like 36 hours without missing a beat is pretty impressive these days.

3:30-4:00 am is early enough. Plus I need the daylight in the evenings. Mornings aren't a help for me.
