called 311 and she's sending out BRPD to investigate, said they always like to know when supposed fighting dogs are dumped because all the reports help narrow down an area they could potentially find the fighting.
Said DPW is going to follow the officer to dispose of the body.

Call 311 for anything in EBR parish. they'll likely steer you wrong and with an attitude, but that's what you are supposed to do.

Exactly what happened to me on Friday when I called 311 to report the huge pothole at the intersection of Bluebonnet and Burbank. Between the potholes and the litter everywhere, every time I visit I'm reminded of why I don't live in BR anymore.
