Wasn't there another restaurant/bar in Laplace near Airline Motors?

My Dad swore they had the best crawfish bisque in the world - took him there once just for that dish.

I do, drove past there hundreds of times when living in St. James parish.

Rousell's was next door. Incredible old style crawfish bisque

Wasn't there also a snake farm outside of Slidell on 190? Go past Pink Panther and take a left.

remember passing the SF and dining at Airline Motors prior to LSU games in the 70's

I was probably 6-8 yrs old as my grandpa took me to all home games as we drove Airline Hwy the entire way

Frostop was (is?) one or two buildings down. They had great gumbo.
