The Toys R Us thread has me wanting to ask tOT a legit question!

Who uses Kroger / Walmart etc. online grocery system?

Whether it be brought to your home or sit in a specific parking spot. If you have, how are your experiences? Do you think this is the wave of the future? Do you feel like a King when your plebes fetch your food?

I hear the Wal-Mart grocery pick up was a cluster frick...as in your order has some type of screw up or another..

I like to go to the store and pick my own produce and meat... So I'm going to the store, just shop for the rest of the shite while I'm there..

I have and I love it. Now certain foods like steak and chicken and Ribs I want to inspect the food myself before purchasing, but the other shite they can bring to me and save me time.

How updated is the online selection when it comes to beer/liquor?

How do you check out meat quality online?

We use Wal-Mart pickup for non-produce and meat items. I then go pick my produce and meat somewhere else to get away. The wife made the mistake one time of adding avocados to the Wal-Mart list and the ones they picked looked like tennis balls.

I typically go once a week to the grocery store and meal prep for the week. I buy a lot of the meat that's on sale because I'm going to cook it in a day or two. I don't know if that's an option online, but I assume not. However, I will order paper towels, toilet paper, that type stuff online.

My wife schedules Walmart Grocery pickup. It is convenient enough and they walk you through your order as they help you load. The picket notes any items not available and others that had to be substituted for another brand (with no up charge). You can easily reject any changes.

They do focus on the produce quality but we have occasionally received recently or soon to be expired dairy.

If you're using walmart or kroger what you generally do is check the meat/produce when they're loading you up. If you see a problem say "Hey you can replace this or I'm not buying it."

I typically buy all my meat / bacon / fish / shrimp directly from the Kroger butcher. I will definitely go in for that.

The taste is noticeable.

It's not just Walmart anymore. BR has Target and Rouse's through Shipt.

I saw a guy with a shopping cart app shirt on I guess working when I picked up meat the other day. I am guessing there are spin-off app services popping up in all major cities.

I've used Walmart to pick up some non-perishables before. Experience was hit and miss. Sometimes they didn't have the items I wanted, but that's alright depending on what it is.

Excited to start shopping at Kroger when I move to Texas in a few weeks. I don't think there is an HEB close.

I tried the Sam's club online order/pick up a few weeks ago. It is life changing.

Las Colinas doesn't have one so I shop at Kroger now. Unless in North Dallas, the Texas Triangle has quite a few HEB's in most big cities.

Women and betas. Alphas aren’t scared and bothered to go in public and shop around.
