What ever happened to Liberty Lloyds and Champion Insurance? They had great rates?

All I will say is that if you ever have to deal with AllState as a victim claiming against them they are a fricking nightmare to deal with.
Which means they're epic for the insured.

your comment makes no sense

Allstate. No complaints , but no serious claims in over 12 years.

I have Progressive.

I pay $188/month for commercial full coverage.

Esurance has good rates for cheap liability and are owned by Allstate.

I just don't trust the smaller ones with full coverage, and other stuff.

Now paying $146/month

Count your blessings.

I pay a little more than twice that for me and the wife, with no tickets or accidents for 10 yrs.

Then again, I have maxed out coverage with 100/300/100.

Liberty Mutual has done the same thing to me recently. I'll be monitoring this thread.

The last time this thread happened, what I got out of it is that all of the companies will do anything for a new customer, and screw all of their old customers (while making you believe that you are getting all kinds of benefits and discounts because of your loyalty). So the answer was to start switching your insurance provider every year.

Champion Insurance

They went down in flames in a big ol' scandal in the late 80's or early 90's. Don't remember the story at the moment.

Has nothing to do with their insured they are a publicly traded company with stockholders. They aren't fighting to help thier insured..

After getting a few quotes, it seems that $146 is not too bad.

Posted by Uncle JackD State Farm has gone up on their prices again and I think it may be time to price others... I've had State Farm since day 1, what are the other most reputable insurance companies to get quotes from?

I'm with SF and every time I shop online, the quotes are higher. I pay an absurd amount for insurance. It went up after a bad stretch in 08-10, but had never gone back down.
