Who is the most social culture

My vote goes to the French. I do business with them daily and their business approaches are very reliant on social interactions. These people live to chit chat, smoke cigarettes and drink coffee.

I'd put the French in the bottom half of society at large as far as being social is concerned. Sure they're not Eastern Europe or Middle East, but Latin cultures are far more social than they are.

It's not culture. It's the type of person you are. Either you can converse with people and talk to anyone or you're a Mark Zuckerberg and have social anxiety.

Muslims are up there.

The extreme ones are so social and cultural, they'll cut your head off and kill a mall full of civilians if you don't want to join them.
