No harm from it just a little bit longer recovery time. I was back to normal after a week and riding a dirtbike two weeks later.
It's not swollen... it's the opposite of swollen.
And you do ride a 250f right?... so that kinda a kids bike and not much strain on the nuts.

Had enough of friends making fun of me so I'm actually on a yz250 now. I sound and smell better now too!
