3rd DWI in a year, kills a man and hurts another, skips out on her court appearance because "she didn't get the paperwork", has a 126K bond and an alcohol bracelet.
Her father works for St Tammany Parish Government and her mother for the St Tammany Parish School Board, but neither are in particularly high positions.

Meanwhile the drunk driver from Endymion with the first offense and NO ONE DIED is still locked up.
She was released before the victim was laid to rest

well this sets a precedent for any future convicted DWI'ers (especially ones who kill a person). I know id tell my lawyer to look this case up as far as pre-trial activities.

May James Blackmond, age 37 of Foxworth, MS, rest in peace.

This is the answer, people just don't want to hear it.
But...
This is a correct use of bond conditions. So she will likely end up back in custody.

Schneider said bond is to meant to assure appearance in court, not to punish defendants.
But...

She faces a bond-revocation hearing in St. Tammany Parish on Monday for a prior DWI charge. That hearing was set after he arrest in the Causeway crash.

They will stick her back in jail, and she'll go on trial for everything at the same time. Pretty easy to understand

I know it's a different jurisdiction, but that doesn't seem to work for the Endymion drunk driver, who was a first offense DWI and didn't kill anyone.

She deserves 20 to 30 years

Why isn't that immediate? why the delay?

Sucks this bitch hasn't just done everyone a favor and killed herself.

What is his bond amount? How many counts is he charged with? How many felonies? Is he from the jurisdiction where the offense occurred? Does he have family there? Family that happens to work for the jurisdiction (which is an element of stability/likelihood to show for court and not that she is getting a deal)?
These are the things that go into setting a bond. That being said, the nature of offense and how high profile also is weighed. It can be reasonably argued that his offense was much higher profile, death or not. Not defending the situation, just saying how it happens.

The only woman in this thread anybody should gaf about is Queenita. Drunk, sociopathic bitch should have a lifetime contract to be Queenita's errand girl. She sentenced a working man to death in the worst way because she just doesn't gaf. Pisses me off that this bitch isn't getting cavity searched right now.

I'm really surprised MADD hasn't chimed in yet...
