I only personally know 3 people that got married more than once. One is a widower who just got remarried after 5 years of grieving. One was married the first time for 15 years and has been married to his second wife for about 25 years. The last one has been married to the second husband for about 25-30 years. I guess I only associate with or am related to non-trashy people.

Don't take this the wrong way because I'm genuinely interested in the fact that her being married at least four times didn't turn you away, but why would you marry someone who's been married that many times before? What's the common denominator?

I don't ask a lot of questions. I think one died, she's been married to one twice and a couple of them thought they were Hugh Hefner. I've had no problems, she helped sober me up.

Well I know you weren't the most saintly type of person either. And one dying and married to another twice makes a difference. That's 4, including yours, out of however many.
