Say you know someone who hit the lottery and got a serious medical malpractice case. Yes I know they're extremely rare and there's a difference between malpractice and negligence, but when they do happen they're huge. What lawyers would you go to? It can be around Baton Rouge or New Orleans or anywhere else in the state. Who do you hear is good? I don't trust that Super Lawyers shite where you pay $100 so can you can have some fake arse certificate.

I don’t think you understand how medical malpractice claims in Louisiana work at all

Maybe their soulless relatives, but not the one who has the medical condition.

OP has an interesting post history recently regarding lawyers and the legal profession. I bet he’s a sophomore in college who just interned at a law firm and was enamored with it.

It’s really sad that you trashy people think you can get a payday by suing doctors. They just want to help you and it’s probably your fault you’re sick because you’re fat

One of the few good things about Louisiana is they do a decent job protecting doctors from bullshite lawsuits through the PCF process

So we’ve got that going for us.

Which is nice.

Really sad that doctors can hurt anybody they want and get away with it because of the laws that protect them

They send people to the poor house by cutting the wrong leg off and still get to live in a mansion

Good lawyers don’t need to practice

Maybe you’ll get good at it one day and not have to practice all the time
