I'm not going to lie, I hope these women take it as far as it can go. I'd love to see this argued in front of.......THE SUPREME COURT.... 
I will admit, I am not a fan of people breaking codes. No one enforces it in my parents neighborhood and you end up with shoddy sheds and stuff. But it doesn't sound like he's doing anything wrong. These women are just stretching things and trying to make it seem like he's running a legit business so that they can make him take it down. If I was retired and into cars, I'd have a shop like that in a heartbeat.
