Which restaurants have the best bathrooms?

Got say I was really pleased to find the Olive Garden in Couer d' Allene, ID had a fully walled in stall complete with a wooden door with louvers.
We were RVing, so too be able to download in a classy stall made a big difference.

Nothing burns my arse more than going to a restaurant or bar. The toilet has a halfway partition with no door and a urinal next to it. Pain in the fricking arse when you want to crap in peace and everybody and their momma is banging on the door because it's locked.
