It may seem small but There is something important happening here folks. Productive and patriotic Americans understand the Ruling Class is an incompetent and tyrannical Kleptocracy and they are finding new ways to rebel and organize the message. Every day thousands of Cultural Dissidents are being born even as the Palace Guard on every platform becomes more productive of the Ruling Class.

I have trouble understanding why folks care about gas prices.

The marginal difference between “high” & “low” gas prices is negligible unless you have a substantial interest in the transportation industry..

You’ll fill the tank anyway.
Who really cares about gas prices (excluding investors) ?

You think it’s just gas prices? Have you been paying attention to the price of anything else?

When the cost to transport goods goes up because of rising fuel prices the cost of said goods go up. You think the retailers are going to eat those extra costs?

What an incredibly simplistic and stupid view this is.

$300 more per year on gas can be make or break for some families.

That's not taking into account the prices of other goods that are directly affected by oil.

It’s not just gas prices. My grocery bill keeps going up, and I buy the same products every time. I had to buy new home owners insurance, and because of inflation to labor and building cost, my premium is doubled. I’m going to need a new vehicle soon, but the supply of cars is getting lower everyday and prices for even a half arse decent used car are getting stupid. It all adds up. You can blame
COVID if you want, but the truth is the people in charge who supposedly care oh so much about us are the ones who fricked us. And we let them do it over and over and over again.

You fill up once every 3 months?

It's 1/3 higher than it used to be at a sustained level for a while. Even for the pics in op, that's ~25 more per tank. 1 tank a week and you're well over a thousand. This would be for the average commuters. Any goods and services that depend on driving to deliver means the price goes way up.
