The guy is catering to the billionaire middle easterners. I would actually say that one is sort of toned down compared to others I've seen.

There are so many places to sit in that house. How many rooms with couches facing each other does one Saudi prince need?

Lived in a 2 million dollar home in piney point off memorial drive. It was my aunt and uncle’s home. 5500 sq feet / 3 1/2 baths / hot tub / small fishing lake.

Looks like a smaller version of my guesthouse at my estate at Grosvenor's Mansions outside of London.

This looks like the perfect doghouse. I wouldn’t have to worry about him ruining anything particularly valuable

If you could afford a 20 million dollar house, why would you buy a house and not have one custom built?

I’ve pissed in a gold toilet in that house.

I’m serious.

The place is like a fricking museum. Owner at the time was the son of a Lebanese billionaire oil man.

Some people are impatient and don't have the two years it would take to build that. They would buy as is or remodel. But being in River Oaks along Buffalo Bayou, the lot itself is almost worth it so someone may buy it, tear down and rebuild.
