Ahhh...the only thing I do with insurance is I have two women that work for me inspecting repos or trying to locate homeowners to get them in touch with their bank and every now and then a company will contact us to go do a few loss drafts for them.

I've got a buddy that does this, mainly in the BR area. I've helped him a good bit and found a bunch of crazy shite.
One house in the Central area was a foot deep in Polaroids of young naked dudes. The whole has was covered.
Another in NO, I found 10 baggies of coke sticking out from under the AC unit outside.

I work for a mobile home lender, and we have a guy that does the same thing you do but for mobile homes. So take the trashy shite you see every day and multiply it by 10

We do mobile homes too though not exclusively.

There a few house in the ghetto here that I have to constantly call the cops about to get squatters out. The houses started out not that bad but now look like something out of Detroit. They have stolen EVERYTHING they could out of them down to the toilets.
