Which country has, on average, the hottest women?

Perhaps I'm looking for median hotness rather than an average. Yes, the US has more hot women than anybody, but it also has more ugly ones.
Which country in the world are you statistically most likely to encounter more hot women in a sample size?
I say Brazil (if you don't mind them a little ethnic). My friend says Italy. All I know is that I am watching the Olympics.

Estonia.....and it's not even close.
Went to Tallinn (it's where my wife is from. No pictures) over the summer. It's looks like supermodels walking around everywhere!!
