Is that a dorm fridge in the kitchen, though?

Looks like it, although it probably works well. that does not look like a principle residence to me. Looks like a place to crash when one wants to party in the FQ (for $1.1MM)

How many potholes/craters nearby?

Sounded funny in your head.... Illustrates your ignorance of the FQ.

Who wants to pay $1M to smack your head on the ceiling every morning when you wake up?

I have to see the shitter before I lay down my $$$$$$.

Or do I just do like the indigenous residents of the FQ and just piss and shite in a nearby alley?

The day to day logistics of living in the FQ has to be a nightmare. I would much prefer uptown if I still lived in NOLA

That place is tits. I have no desire to be in LA, NO or "The Quarter" unfortunately.

If you have a friend or family member living in the Quarter, it's really cool to go visit...the first time.

1 bedroom? No thanks

Looks more like a loft to me. Two beds on the second floor separated by curtains.

1.6 mil to have a place to piss when I go to new Orleans? I'll take it.

I can rent it out when Im not there and even charge people to allow them to take a leak in my bathroom and it'll be paid for after a couple Mardi Gras

Would be incredible to have a place like that, but the no parking would be a deal killer

FQ property didn't have the huge swings that properties in other pets of New Orleans experienced, and you pay a premium per sq. ft. For smaller places.

You also pay a premium for a free standing structure in the FQ.
