My only advice to you is google some tattoo artsits in South LA and look at their previous work. You get what you pay for.

A bunch of my friends used a guy named Nero, I think he's the main workhorse at Atomic Tattoo on Perkins.

Back in my day only people who commanded respect like veterans and ex cons had tattoos. I don't know why you hipster kids want to ruin tattoos for the people who deserve them

Art addiction, black torch or high resolution. Those are your options in BR. Everywhere else sucks. Do not go to atomic as one poster recommended.
And as a big fan of tattoos and quality work, I gotta say, that design is really bad. Not knocking the meaning to you or whatever, but find a different way to make it a tattoo. The black thing in the middle looks awful, and in a few years it will look even worse. The ink spreads out a little over time and that will just look like a black blob.
