And it would do much better than peoe expect simply cause its another place for people to drink. College crowd would love it

Yeah just got back from my first time. Had a blast and now I'm thinking of opening one up in BR. It doesn't necessarily have to be the same size square footage wise, could lop off some fat.

I think it would be better near an interstate to make it easier and quicker to get to for people from a bigger surrounding area

Well you can't miss it, if you drive on 400, its in alpharetta, and its like a bar mixed with games and golf.
