Where would be the best location for a Top Golf in BR?

There is not a piece of land even remotely large enough in that area to fit a Top Golf.

I read an article about top golf and how it attracts all kinds of people, not just golfers
Most of them have several hour wait times nightly
It would cost a lot to open one but they seem to print money for the time being.
