so what investor is putting down the 8-15 million it could take to build this? where are you going to build it? how are you going to convince Top Golf that this is a profitable branch, when cities 3x as big as us don't even have one yet.

Then choose to do so. It doesn't cost anything to be supportive. I'm the one who stands to go into 7 figure debt for the rest of my life, but I believe.

I'm working on all of that. There is a lot of research to do, a lot of phone calls to make, and a lot of hands to shake. Again, I would appreciate your email since you have experience that I don't have.

i admire your spark. When i pitched this idea to two different guys with the money to do this themselves, they passed in a heartbeat. It just doesn't appeal to enough people. Maybe in 15 years it could work here. Not now though. It just wouldn't be profitable in a manageable timeframe.
i'd be happy to answer any questions that I can. I'll check over my email in the morning.

I have a little but will need partners for sure. I have a short list already working.

Why is nurse such an old nag?

Maybe I am but I'm going to try. I'm done playing things safe only to regret later.

No clue man but she is something else. I'll pray she finds some peace.

Maybe she needs to move on to greener pastures.

TG fans in Baton Rouge -
First of all, I love your passion for the Topgolf concept. Don't think threads like these are falling on deaf ears - we read every one of them. It's great to see the support we would have in a market like Baton Rouge.
However, before there is a lot of time and money wasted, please keep in mind that:
- We do not franchise
- We do not JV or partner
- And this is a patent-protected concept (governed by 5 patents)
I'm not saying this to scare anyone away, but purely to avoid wasted time and money trying to replicate the concept.
Much love from the Topgolf team, and hopefully there will be one in Baton Rouge for you all to enjoy soon. We love LA (we have multiple members of our corporate office from the state!) and rest assured, there will be one there eventually.
Love,
Topgolf

CSB, US patent law dictates I can change 10% of your concept/design and be legally free to do whatever I want. So, in other words....Bring. It. On.
